How can you have a man of the match when you got your backsides kicked 0-60.
Best of luck for the rest of the season. COUGARS.

So by your logic, if Keighley got beat 60 - 0 by anyone from Batley to Saints, none of your players could have possibly played any better than any of the others and all were at EXACTLY the same level?

Also can you advise what is the scoreline which it is acceptable for us to vote over, so we know for future.

What an odd, deluded view

i dO understand both points of view, cougers because, if you dont win, imo, man of the match shouldnt be awarded, as however well they have played, they havent played well enough,
However, my method of picking a man of the match, is , if it was a close game. Pick a forward, if it was a walk over, pick a back
good luck for the rest of the seoson

To be fair, if all our players played at 100% it was unlikely we would have won last night, as Barrow are obviously a better team.

If Barrow lost 25 - 24 at Knowsley Road would that class as a loss, so not good enough?

There were 17 players on show. One of them is our Man of the Match because in our opinion (individually) that player contributed most to the cause on that occasion.

The result is irrelevant to this process.

Perhaps they are confusing MOTM and DMOTM.
There will always be a latter who may also be a former as well.
I hope that is clear enough.
DTOTM = Doncaster's man of the match = the man on the Doncaster side that played best out of the Doncaster team regardless of how dire they were (for thickies).
