The Dons are 9/2 with Hills and Skybet to win at Sedgley Park tomorrow. Stan James offer 5/1 and anyone with accounts with either Betfred or Bet365 can claim 11/2.

On the Handicap Betting it would seem to be a pretty uniform 16-point start with just about all bookies (Ladbrokes and Hills only 5/6 where others go 10/11).

Absolutely fantastic effort from the boys today - the final score didn't half flatter Swinton.

Also superb to see Danny Stanley eventually up on his feet after what was an awful challenge by Phil Joseph.

Good effort from your lads today, certainly plenty to build on for the season ahead. The two early tries were the worst thing that could have happened to us ,we seemed to go to pieces after that with mistake after mistake.I thought 2nd half we were much more solid particularly after Holroyd was introduced. How comical was the try/no try that our young winger Foxen overan confusing the in goal markings! good luck for the rest of the season.

Great stuff from the lads today.Just sometimes a little bit of discipline lacking in the second half but a good performance against an experienced lions team. The foxen try was mad! He was that eager to get back round under the sticks he didnt see the line!!

Also just hope Dannys ok as well.

Good effort today against an experienced Swinton team that are likely to win more games than they lose this season.

I was stood with an Oldham supporter in the second half who was very impressed with the lads in the first half when the passing was sweet and incisive. More of that and the future will be bright.

Danny Stanley has just left hospital good news jaw is not broken, so he should be ok thanks to all the fans who made the trip today think you were more vocal then Swinton fans, if these young boys keep putting in the effort and training hard we are in for some good times this year.
