Match off due to frozen pitch

Apparently the Club wish to get the game rearranged as quickly as possible but there will need to be discussions with the RFL and a check on what fixtures the Rovers have.

Further news as we get it.

The other games in our group featuring Haven and Swinton are also Off.
That may figure in the timing of any re-arranged game.

I dont know if this is true or not, but when I was at a Rovers game the other week, I heard someone comment to his mate, that they only have enough covers to cover one half of the pitch.

Is that why we keep hearing, one half of the pitch frozen?
