Does anyone remember the old record they used to play at Tattersfield when the team ran out ? I think it went 'Any time, any where, Doncaster will be there, wearing the Blue and the Gold....' but i've forgotten the rest of the words. It would be great if some one still had a copy of this to play next season when the team runs out. |

There is a Bad Company song Silver Blue and Gold that could easily be Doncaster Blue and Gold. CHORUS: Give me silver, blue and gold The color of the sky I'm told My rainbow is overdue Give me Doncaster, blue and gold The color of the sky I'm told Etc whatever else we want to tag on??? We need more singers, what about a song sheet printed and handed out at first few games or poss printed in first few programmes, I think some people dont sing cos they dont know the words, and of course some will never sing cos they want to watch the game, The players must get a lift when they get vocal support. And of course the management want our physical presence and financial support. the more of an atmosphere we produce the better the players play, The atmosphere plus results means more spectators. We can but try. All that then reminds me of an old Johnny Burnette song called Dreaming. ![]() |

A song sheet is a cracking idea ! The atmosphere at Tattersfield under the old tin roof was great. Let's really get behind the lads this year and who knows what will happen. We want 100% from the players so let's give 100% as fans ! COME ON YOU DONS!!! |

You don't need a ruddy song sheet. Most songs only have about 6 words in them! And the majority of them are "Doncaster" You don't get an atmosphere by reading...just look at libraries |

Sometimes we even struggle to get that far. |
