Post subject:  Academy guys
have any of the youngsters who played in the academy being offered deals such as liam booth scott howlett craig jones & scott smith, being able to see a few of the lads play on a weekend and midweek fixtures, thought they all showed potential when they got their chance.

Scott Howlett playing in premier conference league at the mo, and at 17ysr old playing in that league he will most prob get picked up by some one else if donny dont get in there soon and that would be a great shame

It won t be the first time either that we lose players.

Even more frustrating when you think that some of these lads helped the club out in its hour of need and our way of repaying them appears to involve dumping them.

The proposed hope of having Doncaster lads playing for the Dons seem to be as far away as possible if it was ever meant in the first place.

Totally agree these lads showed loyalty to the club, but also if Doncaster intend to build for the future you would think that they would want these young lads to continue developing them, they arnt going to break the bank financially.

Lets see who is training with the club when we start on 01/12/09.

We also need some experience to play with these young guys we have signed already.

Craig Lawton is the signing I want to happen.

I will be amazed if Craig signs for the Dons after the way he was treated last season (admittedly by the old regime)
