A team that plays with the same passion that last years team played with, and i am sure we will will get that, a few seasons ago we had some stars that on occ didnt seem to be putting in the effort but cant fault last years effort, results do matter but not as much when we see passion. come on you DONS.

I can take defeat but i can't take not trying should be our motto.
As long as the players put in 100% effort i will be happy regardless of the results. However if they do this i'm sure the results will come right for us.

Bit early to consider a starting team as we have not announced our complete squad yet.

Agree with the effort bit .

Lee Gommersall utility back ex HKR to a an operation & likely to miss the Fev friendly.

Well imo the season will be a total waste of time if we don't win the league, national cup, south yorkshire cup and the prestigous John Sheridan shield.

Well...... if we have a team which we can get to know....and that then doesn't up and scatter to the four corners of the earth half way through the season....then that would be nice.

I think the main things the loyal supporters of the Dons will be looking for is EFFORT, PASSION and PRIDE IN THE SHIRT. I'm sure if we get all those on a consistant basis, results will come.

I do echo the sentiments that it would be good to get through the season with much the same squad as we start it. The proviso of course being that should players who will improve the squad become available on the same match terms then no problem, sign them up.

I concur with this Gentlemen. A settled team (on and off the field) Players playing for their places and winning those places through desire and attitude.

A team that gives 110% week in, week out.
