In his Tattersfield playing days we called him velcro hands...

Tony was a great player at driving the ball forward. but that was about it ..so nothing at the moment that i wouldn't have expected.

And doesn't differ to last time Tony was coach.

More players not available or doubtful ...

Jamie Bovill (holiday commitments)
Nathan Freer (recalled by Hull FC)
Matt Carbutt (shoulder injury).

What is it with our Prop Forwards????

I know one of these players has not been happy with Tony`s training routines.

Thanks To Nathan and good luck for the future.

I have wrote this post, and feel like i am wasting my time and getting bored about writing posts, i was going to write a lot more but deleted it.

But i will be one of the fans who will make the journey up north.

I'm guessing that you're talking about Nathan who hasn't hit the form this season he did under Ellery last season.

Good luck to him and (as you say) thanks.

The will to win is there but I'm just not sure the team has enough backing from the community, and by that I mean bums on seats.

To get bums on seats we need to start winning games and playing attractive rugby.

It was only in the Sheridan, Fisher and possibly Regan spells did we play attractive rugby that got really got the crowds coming, a few weeks more of Miller and they ll be even fewer bums on seats.

It would be great to hear the strains of 'We like to move it' again.

Yeah.Sheridan's era was the stand-out for me. Always had a buzz when I went to watch back then.
