Doncaster RLFC is delighted to announce that all under 16’s will be given a free ticket for this Sunday’s Co-operative Championship fixture against Toulouse Olympique XIII at the Keepmoat Stadium (2:00pm kick-off).

The Dons have teamed up with the Stadium Management Company (SMC) for this unprecedented offer. Not only that, there will be a free goodie bag for under 16’s but please note that these are limited and will be given out on a first come, first served basis.

Director of rugby, Carl Hall, said: “The Dons would like to help the children of Doncaster by giving them free tickets for Sunday’s game against Toulouse.

“We understand that in the current financial climate, especially coming on the back of the Easter period, parents are finding it hard to make ends meet.

“We therefore thought it would be a great gesture to let all the Doncaster under 16’s come and enjoy the game day experience at the Keepmoat for free.

“We are very much a community club with family values at heart and our aim is to attract as many as Doncaster’s children to get involved with the Dons and the fantastic game of rugby league.

“The game offers so much to the individual and rugby league can help develop and enhance their social skills. The camaraderie within the game is second to none and the rewards are endless.”

Shane Chalmers, General Manager of SMC, said: “We are delighted to support the Dons with this free ticket offer.

“People do not often get something for free these days so I congratulate the Dons for the approach they have taken.

“I just hope the community take advantage of this as Sunday’s match will be excellent.”

France based Toulouse Olympique XIII are new to the British Rugby League scene this season and this will be their first visit to Doncaster and the Keepmoat Stadium.

The Dons have therefore organised a special European day to commemorate their first league game at the Keepmoat. There are many attractions and displays in and around the stadium starting at 1:00pm so don’t miss out on this fantastic family day out.

The club would like to take this opportunity to thank Doncaster Council for providing the free goodie bags for the game.
