Latest reports on the potential availability of some of the injured / ill players suggest the following;

Mark Castle 1 or 2 weeks
Michael Haley 2 or 3 weeks
Alex Benson 3 or 4 weeks
Shaun Leaf 3 or 4 weeks
Mike Coady 3 or 4 weeks
Craig Lawton 4 or 5 weeks
Al Rounding 5 or 6 weeks

No news yet on Kyle Briggs (illness) or Dean Colton (reoccurance of injury yesterday).

About time we had a bit of luck with injuries.

But fancy playing China when he wasn't fit. What is the club thinking? I wonder how long this will put him back before he is able to play a full 80 minutes?

Yes....but if they ask him and he says he is fit....that's hardly Miller's fault.
Miller had already said that he didn't want to rush players.

I just said he did.
He said so after he tried to bring Michael Haley back too early and it backfired and he said he wouldn't do it again. IIRC

My hope is that the break from the 31st May - 28th June will help. I hope by the time we play the Eagles at home at the end of June, bodies are rested and some of last years regulars are back :PRAY: (That is not a slight at the blokes who have filled in and given it their best shot)

The big worry is though that the next 2 or 3 league games could make or break this season

Couldn't agree more. So does he risk rushing players back to cater for that and then run the risk of losing them again ? He has to go with the hand that has been dealt to him and not just necessarily of late. We are all aware that the games against the teams in the same position as ourselves are six pointers. My effort in trying to be optimistic is that we may with a little luck and the 'better' players back be able to give ourselves a fighting chance in the 'second half of the season' ( It worked for the other club at the Keepmoat ) :wink:

We have to (despite Toulouse's recent upturn in form) look at the next two games as fixtures where we must get results.

With the Batley match postponed, after Toulouse (home) and Gateshead (away) we have a potentially tricky run of fixtures prior to the three week break. Halifax (home) being sandwiched between trips to Featherstone and Whitehaven.
