Whatever you do, you mustn't 'cheat'
like Batley did, last week. Their tactics were to drive the ball in a couple of times, and then move it out wide, where we didn't seem to have any defenders. Obviously, that upset our lads, who justifiably assumed that all teams employed 'one-up' tactics, for each full set of six tackles. (except when the ball is dropped, early in the set, thus forcing the tactical change of a scrum)
So, come on, play the game - 'one-up', all the time, preferably from dummy half, and plenty of dropped ball, to add to the excitement!
