Well done to all at the club concerned!
Posted with Hindsight Karlos was it ?. How the hell are we supposed to know that they are playing for nothing. The club is in a shambles. I have taken the decision to stay away because it breaks my heart to see what has happened and it rankles me beyond belief to see visiting fans 'gloating; at our predicament. This situation is as bad as it's been for years and years and you cannot pretend otherwise. I take with me to games a bloke who has followed this club as long as it has been in existence and I take exception to your comment. No one and I mean no one loves the club more than my Father In Law. But the sight and sound of visiting fans taking the mick was too much to bear. We fully appreciate the efforts of the players who play for feck all and with little to gain and get to be on the receiving end of every game. Not a question of can't be bothered, tar that to to the majority of folk who have never been bothered, and to the folk running the club who have taken the urine.

Sorry you have taken it so personally. At the end of the day we all know the situation the club is in and none of us like it.Believe me people behind the scenes are trying there best to get something together to try and save the club we love.
Ive heard that the players played for nothing yesterday. My post is simply because those lads deserve all the support they can get, not the hardcore support of which yourself and your father in law are included turning there backs on them.
My current personal situation means i shouldnt be going to france next week, but i am going on my own to cheer them on and hopefully buy a couple of them a pint after the game. Thats how i want to try and back them. Not by not attending. But we all have different opinions.
Like i said earlier im sorry if you have taken offence but im only been honest.
I applaud all of you who have stuck by them, but I have neither the funds nor the inclination to support a club that has been shipping water for months.
I don't know where my hard-earned is going to and that is what concerns me most. If Craig and Pete are jumping ship then there has to be something seriously wrong.
The Keepmoat is certainly not the answer to our present plight. in my opinion it's part of the problem.
In all my years supporting the Dons the club have never been run professionally, to be fair we make Newcastle United look like an example of good management.
Its unfair to blame the Keepmoat, we need to look at what people have been doing inside it, as well as inside Belle Vue, Stainforth & Tattersfield.
Rovers have been lucky and attracted a man not only with money, but also business sense!!!!
Just look at the idea of having a presentation night after the last game, its likely they ll be more ex-players from this year than supporters!!!!

I'm not blaming the Keepmoat per se, if you read my post, I am merely intimating that the stadium can seem cavernous when presented with paltry attendances. There just aren't enough Dons supporters to make a crowd there and will there ever be?

Absolutely spot on with that comment. I am surprisd the club have survived this long.
I know for a fact that Craig Lawton has been looking to leave since the start of the season. Loyalty my backside.
Dont know where u got this info from but why would i have been tryin to leave all yr when i havent even played most of the season. Maybe you should get your facts right before you start writing about me. I didnt have much of a choice about leaving as rugby is my only income!
