Two teams, as it stands, outside the top three (never mind four) can't be in the final.

Team 1 = promoted.
Team 2 plays team 3 = winner in final
Loser of that game plays the winner of the rest.
Winner of that game is in the final as well.

Unless there are going to be more teams in the play-off.
Is that what is happening?

If they had simply meant teams finishing 1 and 2 go up and then some others fight for a grand final place and whoever is in the final both go up as well, why didn't they say so?
That would mean team 2 don't play in the play-offs, there would be no point, since they were up already.
