I got a letter from Ray Green today telling me that the Dons are doing away with the Dons draw.I suppose most of you will have got the same letter, as there is too much competion from other sources & is asking all people who have paid by standing order to cancell a.s.a.p the last draw is Friday 26th August 2011.Its being replaced by, you have a card with rugby league teams on it when its full you pel back the sticker reveal the winner.£5 to yourself & £20 to the club.Anybody with thoughts on this new idea.Thanks

I don't understand why the RFL don't run their own lottery with all profits distributed amongst clubs outside the SLE. All tickets sold by each club could earn them a percentage of the face value of the ticket as an incentive to sell as many as they could.
