I cant knock the effort from the lads today and with the field position we had we should have come away with the win. It's the same story when we travel away though in a standard league game we simply cant win. Scrappy results against Donny/Sheffield/Toulouse is all we can muster.

We need 2 good centres next year, James Ford is one but we need another classy centre. Varks is better in the back row and Toa will be retired. Frustrating afternoon but plucky Fev deserved the win and they have some decent fans.

Barrow next in another tough away day!

Love a brew.

I think all credit to Fev... both teams could've won, but Fev probably just edged it in terms of enthusiasm.

I think we did okay but probably would've won had we been able to call on Fleth or Morrison to make an impact.

Heard a very interesting bit of speculation indeed though...
On the topic of the mass changes next year one guy asked me the question.. under what circumstances would the club actually look to make wholesale changes to the playing staff?? One would be if we greatly needed to improve the quality of the side for something of a different challenge next year.

Current SL club under a great deal of pressure... team in the Championship with a box already ticked...

The media are already referring to us in large quarters as a SL team in waiting.. maybe we might not be waiting all that long!!

Make it worthwhile ie a cup semi or final then we will play well, give us Batley ona standard Sunday afternoon away and we'll get beat!

Shame as we took around 700 to Fev today
