not saying Penny doesn't have a future at Wire just that if wire where willing to loan him now surely he won't be playing in next month or so now they have a new winger!

I think Smith would be foolish to say otherwise. He wants Kevin to have game time, and no doubts we want him to stay, but Wire aren't blessed with large numbers of speedy backs so he will want to recall him if necessary.

I would imagine it will continue to be a month-by-month loan arrangement.
