Vikings' wingman Danny Mills is to return to the Don Valley Stadium on a month's loan with effect from Sunday.

Mills, who suffered an injury in his debut at St Helens in December, has had limited opportunities in the first team and follows Brett Robinson, Matt Strong and Dave Haughton in playing a higher standard of rugby than the reserve first division.

Hmmm with Gaskell also out this does seem a little risky but i think it's quite obvious that we are making room for a couple of signings.

Just hope they are good ones.

Love a brew.

Doddy and Flynn on the wings is a rather obvious statement, looks like it will be Varks and Tyrer in the centres. So instead of me waffling on, the same team that played Whitehaven with maybe a possible loanee or two.

While he is a flyer his defence is rather shocking, at this moment in time i would quite happily go for 2 meat heads in the front row. We have scott Yates who can cover the wing spot if we get caught short.

That is an area we need strengthening. Someone to make the oppo work hard and expend energy. A couple of bruisers.

I would of liked to see Mills given more chances in the first team, but were loaning all these players out, maybe there will be more players coming in with hopefully superleague experience
