After recent performances i would go with the below, i fail to see what Thompson offers over Houghton so he would be straight in. Gaskell is injured so i would give Mills a full run on the wing. Doran needs time out to sort himself out so Banister takes his position and Duffy goes Hooker to give Smith a wake up call. I would love to put the likes of Grady and Yacca in but we need the size up at Haven.

Bit harsh on Doddy - say what you like about his technical ability, but you can't deny that everytime he comes on we seem to play better. Not exactly sure why, maybe its his enthusiasm that rubs off on his team-mates, but he certainly has an effect. With Gaskell injured and Flynn taking a bit of a battering recently, I'd try Mills and Dodd.

Yes I'd put Dodd in - no-one shows more effort than he does. I prefer Yates to Wildbore, but in fairness, VM has a point about size. Howwever, being the awkward one, I think having Duffy, Thackeray and Webster on at the same time confuses things and when we do get near the line, we end up so confused no-one puts on the angled runs.

Doddy was our best player Vs Barrow and that was at loose forward

If 1/2 the players played with the heart he does we'd be top and sailing by now, yes he is error prone sometimes but so are the like's of Meli @ Saints and they seem to do ok!
