Was he born with a whistle in his mouth?

Love a brew.

He should stick to doing his fake tan and gelling his hair.

Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity

Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Halifax do look very good in both attack and defence.

We look several yards off both those teams. Are we asking too much for our side to keep up a high level of intensity for 80 minutes like these two sides did?

No, but at the moment we can't do it.

For the record, I thought Child did ok. Cracking game so he couldn't have slowed it down that much!

Believe me he did! We weren't allowed play full whack for most of game which is where the frustration was coming from with our lot.

He loves his whistle, but one of the things he was clamping down heavily on was holding down. That actually helped speed up the game and made it exciting.

Believe me, for Child, that was a good game. You really don't want your team reffed by him when he's having a mare. :x

On thread drift:
tb wrote:Tough. Conversations develop. It's their nature.

Little Pepe went to nursery school one day wearing his Widnes hat. His teacher asked him why he was a Widnes fan. He said, “Because my parents are.” His teacher said, “That’s not good. What would you do if your parents were drug dealers and hookers?” He replied, “Well then I would be a Warrington fan.”

There's a Wooly over there, baggy kecks and feathered hair
with a 3 star jumper half way up his back, that’s a fecking Wooly back!

Oooh-to… Oooh-to-be… Oooh-to-be-a… WOOLY!
