I've posted on the TIW site as well as on here for some time but I can't help notice that a lot of the time on the other board my postings get completely ignored.. Just using today as an example I posted two comments which no-one commented on that I thought would have drawn more comment.. a more regular poster brings up the same thing two or three posts later on and the frenzy begins.. What am I doing wrong?? I know I don't do any of the following:- Make a comment about players being back in two weeks when they are injured make a comment about owen craigies relationship with Macdonalds if one of our players looks a little unfit I don't start score threads Maybe I should start... Only constructive criticism will be taken.. Paranoid from Stockton Heath |

I frequent the boards under a secret pseudonym and I get exactly the same treatment, except when I post something that goes totally against the grain on there |

There does seem to be an old boys mentality there, because so many refugees end up here with serious gripes. I've not had those problems myself, and I can say I don't actually personally know anyone on there but it happens. This is a friendlier board overall, with not so many whingers who think just because the club isn't winning everything that we're rubbish and not worth following. There are some good guys on the other board. I met the poster Alan C when I went to Blackpool for the NRC final and he was a thoroughly decent bloke. I just think there needs to be a bit more positivity and a bit less of a closed shop. Anyway, don't know what you're moaning about, you found this place didn't you? |

TBH i browse it without posting mainly because i was banned for calling Adam Hughes rubbish many moons back. People do tend to go overboard with comments though and if you want to be depressed then that's the place to go. People always look for excuses after poor performances, this year isnt anything to do with fitness thats for sure, most of our players are in tip top condition except Duffy (who always looks a pound or two overweight). Just ignore them mate and continue to post on here. |

Perhaps us lot on RL fans could form our own little clique on there, if we were a little more consistent with our user names. |

Cheers one and all... To be honest I am more at home on this board and have frequented both for a long time.. I completely agree that this is a much much friendlier board and I do enjoy the craic.. I suppose I just think back to how the other board used to be in it's halcyon days long before when Gary and Chris used to run the thing. It's funny you should mention meeting up because there have been quite a few times when I have thought that must be Dalton or VM and nearly made my way over to introduce myself but I never do... I'll be honest I have no idea what Pepe or BYB might look like.. Anyway.. that's reassuring chaps so thanks once again. Oh and I post as Chris B on the other board just in case we want to start our own clique.. Cheers Chris |

I think we should organise a meet up under the north stand, Dave has already agreed to buy everyone a pint. |

You're not on your own there! The only good thing the present one has over the old board is the amateur section. I don't know whose idea that was, but it was a good one. |

I enjoy the TIW forum.I go there just to read the sensible contributions of Scooby,Pepe,Vikings4ever and other's.I know what you mean though IET,some valid point's do seem to get by-passed whereas as soon as Spelly or that army bloke posts something,no matter how inane, their legion of suck holer's respond en-masse. |
