i am a barrow fan and went to the game tonight, was brilliant. both sides battled hard and was one of the fastest and hardest games ive seen in a while. to be fair; widnes lacked some spark and creativity in attack, they made breaks but failed to capatalise. Barrows defence was very strong and denied widnes plenty of chances. Dont want to rub all the widnes following up the wrong way, but i thought barrow were the better side and deserved to win, will be a very interesting encounter when we meet you in the league. Good game tonight :)

From the sounds of things.. albeit from a very biased commentary it sounded like we were out muscled tonight.
Whoever Joss (the radio guy) is pretty much came out with the line that 'Widnes aren't liking this thuggish... err I mean physical encounter wit Barroow tonight' and I think that is absolutely the case. If a team gets in our faces we need to be able to get right back at them.

Hilarious commentary though.. Barrow were completely flawless if it hadn't been for the Widnes interference that caused every Barrow knock-on or led to each Barrow infringement.

I thought the BBC prided themselves in neutrality.. hence the whole Gaza thing..
