I really don't mind who we get in as long as they give it a go... and by that I mean let us have a go at playing some decent rugby... We've all seen it in games and all had a moan that late on in a game (normally when we're chasing a result) when we eventually move the ball around with a bit of pace we can open teams up wide. We have a good finisher in Gaskell and we're not lacking for pace out wide this year. I would welcome anyone to the post as long as they were willing to have a crack at that (even if they do come from the other side of Cuerdly). Except for a short spell in 2007 we have been submitted to a lot of dross. Put things right and entertain us. |

I reckon James Webster should become Captain/Coach. He had a great stint with Hull KR when Harvey Howard was sacked and led Hull KR to 8 straight wins and NR final apperance in his only loss before JM took over. James is a coach in the making and was once rated by Brian Smith as the smartest playe he has ever coached. A very fair compliment!!! |
