Got thinking long and hard about this earlier on. I have only watched Widnes since 94ish, so this may shock you: Mike Hill (I think his first name was Mike) Anybody remember this lad, think he was Widnesian, short and very stocky, not overweight but certainly a big lad for such a guy lacking in height. Always punched abover his weight. Seem to remember his tackling was sublime, hardly ever missed one. Real work horse/ What says you widnes fans? |

John Myler. Great footballer. Another yard of pace and he'd have been a GB regular in my opinion. |
