There are slightly larger blocks either side of this that actually drop down to the touch line either side of the tunnel. (Pink sections L & N) This tends to be where they put the majority of the neutrals and this is where most of the x9’s tickets will go. (some neutrals seem to like to get in amongst the partisan fans. I saw around a dozen or so in Leigh and Wigan tops in the Widnes sections near me in 2007). This is also usually sparsely populated, and is probably the reason the Cas HKR game was 200 shy of being actually full. These and areas of the open East Stand will probably look emptiest.
If Barrow sells their allotted quota the rest should be full.
Barrow is allotted: A/B/C/D & PQR Sections of the ground.
Widnes have been allotted: E/F/G/H/J/K & ,as far as I’m aware, X/Y/Z in the East Stand.
Most of these clubs don’t even take a coach load to league games away from home never mind a meaningless pre match warm up for the NRC. If you get half that number I’ll be amazed. I think 200-300 would be a more realistic guess.
If you read what I have written above, they could give us another 1,000 and still have room for more.
Last point, as we clearly don;t agree on this point, which is fair enough, my figures were based on sales from the RFL. They have been selling these tickets for the last 6 months, so there may be some from there already gone. Somebody on here recknoed that Widnes had 3,900 sold due to this.
Aside from the ticketing issue, I'm really not sure why people are so upset by the 9's tournament. If people don't want to go, don't go. Like I said earlier, it was going to get me to go, and I will be going to the Floodlit 9's, which clubs are signing up to voluntarily, so it would surprise me if everybody hates it and they have all been forced.

My argument is not wether the fans want or dont want to go
It is the clubs that have the problem , If it had been voluntary fine , but it isn't
Just the usual lack of consideration by the RFL , " It's only the Championships , not a real RL competition is it is it "
