Leigh sold 200 according to Stevo, whilst HKR sold near 20000!! Attendance around 7500!!
It will be a sell out, cracking day and hopefully good viewing for every RL supporter outside SL.
Widnes by 10.
I can well believe that.
20,000 seems like a low figure, but then, the stadium was small. If they'd just held it at the millennium it would have been a bloody 70,000 sell out easily but noooo.

NRC Ticket Update
At close of business on Friday there were just 150 tickets remaining for the Northern Rail Cup Final against Barrow.
The game takes place at Bloomfield Road, Blackpool on Sunday 12th July and the remaining tickets are for the uncovered seating in the East Stand priced £12 adults and £5 concessions.
The ticket office at the Club is open tomorrow between 10am and 12noon with the Club taking telephone bookings from 9am on Monday subject to availability of tickets.

I have no issue with season ticket holders getting priority however it's daft to limit it to 1 per person. We should have had a far bigger allocation for the better seats.
The Fylde's 9s ticket holders should have been able to upgrade their tickets for the cheap seats only.
Utter loving poop. I'm not happy at all.
Why--just because it doesnt fit in with your arrangements?? I found myself in exactly the same situation but accepted the situation and just got on with it. Its been one ticket per season ticket holder for a long time.
I dont think one of these finals has ever sold out and after last years poor crowd they didnt want the same thing to happen again. In hindsight the RFL probably neednt have worried but they organised the 9's which has been well publicised--no excuse for not knowing it was on.
However I think the RFL will have egg on their faces as come 5.15 only the fans of the 2 sides in the final will be there and lots of empty spaces will have appeared.

So we've sold about 3,700 so far then. I believe the RFL have agreed to send another batch of tickets when we have sold out. So I would expect us to have around 4,000 there this year. Not as good as the 5,000+ we had in 2007, but I suppose there's still time.

Well why else would I take issue with it? I'm sure I'm not alone on this issue.

And I got one with it too. I just don't think it makes sense to limit it to 1 per ticket holder. I as a season ticket holder was not able to take advantage because two in my party don't have season tickets. 2 per ticket holder would have been better.

I think the idea therefore is to encourage those in your party that don't have a season ticket to get one?
For clubs with lower attendances they can probably offer two final tickets for one season ticket but we are in the favourable position I guess that demand outstrips supply.
I hope you / have got sorted mate. I am off in Dubrovnik for the final My season ticket was given to one of my mates who hasn't got one otherwise I would have offered on here.
