All those things make perfect sense, but at the same time mean nothing. Halifax, Widnes or Leigh will only get a licence if the RFL want you to get one. That has little to do with licence criteria or playing well in your competition.

Over the past couple of weeks I have come to the conclusion Widnes Vikings RLFC should probably consider a ground swap with somebody from the Isle of Man. Still keep our name, but possibly throw in a 'manx' somewhere. Need to make sure the matchday facilities are as primitive as possible.
