VKM is basically a pillock i.e. someone whise opinion lacks substance, clarity and insight but he's not a bad lad. jiffy on the other hand is an offensive piece of poop who appears to enjoy kicking rugby people (i.e Doncaster fans) when they are down and need the support of the RL community.
