That isn't going to be done by any team in this league so it's hardly going to be a main concern. What would set us apart, and does, is youth development. With the expansion to a 14 club SL, I reckon it will be a major issue come 2011.
I could be wrong, but the RFL has made an awful lot about licences being brought in to help youth development. If not, why bother?
