I think when it was 20-20, smith should have gave webster the ball infront of the sticks for the drop goal. a couple of minutes left i think we would have hung on.

That hacked me off, when Doddy didn't know whether the tackle was complete, looked at the ref, the ref signalled to say the tackle wasn't completed and carried on running. Then the ref gave them a penalty infront of the sticks.

Him and Thackers got stuck in more today. Once we gel together i believe we will be ok. Support play was good and it was nice to see Smithy running from dummy half again finding the gaps.

I do believe and i think you'd agree, with 13 men all game and a decent ref, we would have won that. However like you said, very poor performance Chris. Ostick was yet again my motm then from there, i havent a clue.

Another positive, in a game like that tonight, good atmosphere which we havent seen in a while.

We need an impact player in the pack and more runners off the half backs when they go on darting runs.
