from a barrow prospective, i find it interesting how you guys are approaching this final. I must admit, before todays semi I was expecting a halifax win; i was routing for widnes to win to provide us with an 'easier' final. Shame on me. After listening to todays game my whole approach to this final has changed. You have today shown how good a team you can be, weather you can keep that level of performance up for the rest of the season is another matter. How are the widnes faithful feeling about playing barrow ?

Will be a tough game against Barrow as they have already beaten us twice this year. But like many other Widnes fans will agree we have more bodies on board now and are beginning to click. Catic IMO is the main man for Barrow his power and good feet will be a danger as will Ellis at Hooker. Still if we can get 5,000 roaring us on we should do well.

To be honest.. I think Fax would have been the hardest game out of you two so I'm now a bit more confident of a Widnes victory.

The biggest indication for me today that says we might win the final is that we deserved the win today. We might have even scored a few more today but for a few inches.

I think we are still improving and can get better yet.

Feeling more confident week by week now and I was pretty despondent not so long back. The Cullen effect is definitely beginning to show and the team are starting to show their potential and play convincing rugby.

TBH it will only get better with Stu Wilkinson as his number 2
