Comforting to know that Adam is part of the group involved in discussing and designing the development. At last we have some input into the future and it isn’t all about them.
Like the idea of a smaller separate stadium for us to use but would prefer this to be nearer 15k than 12k as the support is there as proven by ticket sales for Sunday.

I am cautiously optimistic of the plans as Adam is on board and I trust his judgement,
But we have to watch that we arent shunted into some small, cheap athletics stadium. I doubt they would look to increase the size of the MKM itself right now as even with ticket deals City arent getting past 20k, and on current form are nearer League1 than Premier League!
There maybe needs to be a clause in the Lease that explicity states we have to play at the main stadium.
The fact that AP is involved should give comfort in that it proves the good working relationship he now has with the SMC, and he wouldn’t be endorsing (and actively working on it) if it didn’t benefit FC.
The smaller stadium is intriguing, and I wouldn’t be against toggling between the two, depending on the fixture. 14K to 15K would be perfect for us as a permanent home TBH.
The Hull Fair issue will be crucial in sorting though.
Hull fair is the stumbling block, I'm sure the majority of residents Dow Walton Street and all the others in walking distance would be glad to see the back of it.
The lib dem Council seem to be more open than the Labour Council in negotiating it seems

Interesting times.
Not sure I like the idea of toggling between two stadiums tbh?
I realise that could cost us some much needed revenue but prefer us to play in familiar surroundings at the same stadium and maximise ‘home’ advantage.

Sounds exciting, would love to have our own stadium on the site, 12k would be about right as we are now except Rovers, but should we be successful would be a bit small.
Could also start holding concerts as location miles better than Craven Park.
Not getting carried away, but at least the relationship looks very healthy, which is the main thing.
A 12/15k stadium on the grounds would be ideal for us.
I think talk of increasing the capacity of the stadium to 30k a bit premature though. City don't even sell it out now
AP being part of the discussion is great to hear. I'd imagine he'd be all for it too, he wanted the surrounding area renovating when the stadium was built.
Sounds like we're very much in the plans/though process which can only be a good thing

I don't think it will be too long until Pearson is involved with City, wouldn't be surprised to see some investment come our way too.
