Scott Taylor for example has been injured for 3 years if an Australian had that sort of record they'd be slaughtered
Reynolds get slaughtered yet he offers far more than Danny Houghton
Jacob Miller was a young half back and was ditched in no time
Brett Seymour was given that much stick he suffered mental health
Yet we happily let players like Houghton and bowden have a job for life
I think Brett Seymour’s problems started well before he came to hull, can’t blame the fans for his very serious mental health issues, you don’t think Houghton deserves some loyalty from the club, he’s shown so much loyalty to? Fair enough start limiting is game time etc, but the stick he gets from some fans is unbelievable, and out of order imo

Houghton wouldn't get a look in at most top clubs let alone be highest earner
Wouldn't get in at saints roby/lussick better Wigan - Powell better Catalan - mcirlorum better Cas - mcshane better Wire - Clark better Leeds - leeming/dwyer better
Think Houghton has needed us more than we need Houghton
And you can't even pretend Houghton is better than any of them cause he isn't
Why do you think he's never got close to gb/England shirt cause he's not good enough that's why

Behave the likes of Clark mcshane are 10 times the player Houghton is
If Houghtons "so good" why hasn't he got close to an England/GB cap?
There's a reason why weve never won a grand final is our fans are happy to have mediocre players

Easy, Roby! And to be fair, was a couple of seasons Houghton should of got a chance, have you just watched leeming/dwyer, no thank you, check Houghtons stats compared to the likes of Powell, I can agree Houghton maybe should be used differently these days, but he’s still a quality performer, and easily one of our most consistent player

Yeh terrible that ability to tackle, he misses very little tackles, despite what people may think, his distribution is very good, he’s had a couple of try and a couple of assists, he makes decent meters when he does carry the ball. Compare his stats to your list of better hookers, (basically all of them) think you’ll be surprised, or don’t and keep up your unfounded Houghton bashing
