sent for a padded vest to hull fc shop, they advertised free postage in the uk,but they charged me £5.99 postage.tried to email them and phone them,no replies whatsoever.if this is the way they are going to do business ,i wont be buying anything.else even though the club needs money.i`m an 81yr old and supporter and thought i would be doing a bit to help the club, but no more.i was voted supporter of the year in 2010 for traveling to all the homes games from edinburgh, whatever the weather.

That's poor considering you can't travel. I wonder if you have to spend over a certain amount for free postage? Could you e-mail them? Hope you can sort something out.
