Phil C said before the Wire game that there were 3 types of player Satisfied Hungry Starving He then asked how many of FCs players were satisfied and that that may well be the cause
My Q would be around the coaching staff more importantly Even the owner ?
Shane Richardson was proper starving !!!
We will be like the Dallas Cowboys for years if we don’t get a Head Coach and new staff that can rid us of the cancer that is Satisfied complacency

Is AP satisfied ? Well LR was incompetent and totally out of his depth We now know the players we’re on a holiday from professionalism and Andy Last did nothing to stop it and basically was an enabler
AP not once thought it the right thing to do and fire LR He couldn’t force LR to change his style and it was a calamity for 18 months yet AP watched with no action
Yes I do question the owner
Players who are satisfied ?
Danny H Jamie S Josh B Josh G Swift is just not good enough
Jake C needs a reboot Scott T is in danger of being sucked in
Satae and Sao as well
Burrito average
Jordan Lane - just not good enough
Savelio - C+
We need a coach that turns average into Good and Good into great Ala Brian Smith and his brother Tony just for example
Big decision for AP coming up. Thing is, we’ve had this for a couple of years now. Peoples patience is wearing thin. We need a reboot of the club with fresh ideas. McGuire went to Wigan for a couple of years, but built foundations for future success. The players muscle memory will keep defaulting to Radfords style when fatigue and pressure kicks in. Like I said on a previous thread, we’re reliant in individuals not systems. Lasty is a good bloke but we need a fresh voice and new ideas.

As someone aluded to on the match thread - we look like a team who doesnt like each other. We also dont look like we enjoy playing either tbh
Somethings not right at the club and we cant afford to make wholsale changes to the team again so only real choice is the coach. Problem is if we go overseas we will only be able to afford a head coach who will likely keep existing backroom staff and the status quo will continue. Our best bet is to bring in a new uk based coaching team. Ian Watson and team is the obvious choice but failing that Shaun Wane though he will likely keep Last

Well I don't know if something is wrong at the club, but I think it strange that (unless I missed it) we have not heard, read or seen anything of Kieron Purtill for quite some time.

He was on tv at the match last Friday, sat near to Andy Last.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Totally forgot about Purthill - Pearson should of got rid of Last as well as Radford and put Purthill in temp charge and then allow him to bring his own backroom in

I hope you'll be paying for all these changes, there's no money in the bank!!
(His name is Kieron Purtill, if you're interested.)
