cannot understand any chairman throwing an extra half a million quid in this year and saying it has to work this time , whilst keeping radders as head coach,,perhaps the cups have clouded his judgement

As said above. Still a bit to early to be calling for him to go. Give him another 4/5 games. See if anything changes, performance, style etc changes. If still not looking like we are going anywhere, then yes, look at replacing him...with who...I dont know

Do you really think he has spent an extra 500k on our squad?
Probably about the same as last year, just better spent (Although that's yet to be seen). We were at the cap last year (Well over with loop holes) and will be the same this year.
