As the council seem to be in a generous mood in Hull, and with the good vibrations coming from East Hull in their attempt to buy their stadium.
I wonder how much they have to pay for the land, if we could have the same terms please, can AP not throw his hat into the ring, after all it’s council owned.

There a HUGE difference between the KC and poorhouse lane, the KC needs £15m+ spending on it for a start.
What makes you say teh council are in a "generous mood"?

Are you suggesting Hull FC try to buy the ground where they play or the ground where Rovers play?

Good point!
When Hudgell comments on 10/12 team SL, Rovers owning their own ground qnd facilities, the lease on the KC becoming due for rnewal soon (if memory serves me), could the "m" word start cropping up again...?

It's clear there is development potential in the land hudgell is looking to buy which, I presume, will fund the purchase and development costs. The real question should be whether the council will sell us some land with development potential at a knock down cost allowing us to build our own stadium? I said ages ago our lack of our own stadium would see us falling behind financially

Was there not some form of covenant on this land which Hudge is after Jake, or am I mistaken.
