The club needs to try and address the issues of Walton St car park.
The first two homes games have seen just a single gale open for cars approaching from both Spring Bank West and Anlaby road. This creates such congestion that it has an impact as far back as Bricknell Ave. last night I got level to The Avenue pub on Chants ave at 7.10pm, didn’t get to the car park until 7.50pm.
Just one gate open with SIX people working it? Why not have two or three games open to help the traffic flow?
I understand that this is not the clubs fault, but they are the ones with the relationships with the SMC.
It was crazy last night, I couldn't even find my car after the match until I realised another full row of cars had parked on the "road" section of the park, blocking every one else up. It's never happened before like that, hopefully never again.
Is Hodgson the new Griffin, or is it all about pace?

Wow, I didn't realise there was so much spite in one person. I don't understand his motives for still wanting to be involved. He is universally loathed by just about everyone he has had dealings with. Why stay somewhere when you are not wanted?
Still, I hope the club can at least try to discuss this with SMC.

I’m lucky we can easily walk to the KC but the traffic was murder last night, quite a few behind me were late getting in due to this, it’s an outrage how these gates are not operated correctly, I’m sure the police could look into this matter, as it must impact on the general public, ambulances, fire engines etc, it’s time that Don Corelone was sent back to Egypt.

Chants Ave was practically at stand still for 40 minutes last night. I appreciate the Walton St level crossing can exaggerate this, but this is even more reason to keep the traffic flowing with easier access to the car park.

I've given up trying to get to the ground from that end after the problems that started last year with most of the access gates being closed.
My mate missed 20 minutes of the first half stuck in the traffic. Took him well over an hour to do the last bit of Chanterlands Avenue to the stadium car park.
