......because if we take this losing momentum into next season, it really will hit the fan. Injuries have really hit hard, but I’m not sure if they’ve masked some of the problems we have. We could have done to freshen the squad up this year as well (better to lose a player a year too early rather than a year too late).
Also, I hope the coaching staff sort out some attacking structures out in the Winter. It’s really evident that our attack relies on individuals rather than structures. The last two home games has been like watching touch rugby at times, throwing the ball anywhere. It would be nice to see us break down some teams in their own 25, and not rely on a kick to the corner every fifth tackle!

But it was nice see Jakes kicking class, more accurately pinpointing our edges than of late.
We must blame injuries for this season poor showing, but feel the situation behind the scenes regarding Tag & Liam must have had a detrimental effect on all the team, having played in amateur sides, it does affect the status quo, when former friends fall out, I don’t know any facts on this, and is only conjecture, but let’s hope for a resurgence in 2019.

We also need to sort out our poor defence, our discipline and our catch and pass skills

Anyone thinking next season is going to be massively different with the same group of players and coaching staff , I feel are in for a massive dissapointment. Radford himself said the rot as set in, can't see it changing anytime soon, unfortunately.

Either Ellis Head COACH with a Defensive and Attacking specialist asst coaches Or a top class Aussie
Ellis commands respect in the game but should he be coach now? NO No doubt he is someone you would want on your coaching team but for me Australian Coaches are far superior than most British coaches and thats the route we should go. Radford needs a good start next season or Pearson will lose patience and a change will be made.

Although we've had the 2 wonderful cup wins, radford has also overseen our worst defeat and worst losing run in our 153 year history. Things need to be good from the off next year or his tenure as coach has to be in question
