What are the chances that game will be called off? I'm coming up to Hull this afty for a few days but timings would be a non starter if postponed until say Sunday (no idea what city are doing). Given the H&S of surrounding area has in the past been an issue I'd like a heads up, I'm sure others travelling from outside the city would too.

I can tell you that the roads in West Yorks (Wakefield area) are quite unsafe at the moment.
As the temperature is not due to get above zero degrees until Saturday I would say its doubtful that the game will go ahead.
Difficult for the club as I assume they are encouraged to do everything they can to hold the event as planned, but given that the opposition are coming from the opposite end of the M62, I would hope that common sense will prevail in this.

Need to think about the safety of players as well, wouldn't want to play it if the pitch is a bit frozen and hard because it could really hurt if you get tackled hard on that.

City played there Tuesday night and the weather was similar to what we can expect. Then again who would be shocked if the SMC called it off at the last minute to create maximum inconvenience?

Warrington need to be travelling at lunchtime there's no reason not to. I'd be extremely annoyed if SMC don't get their harris's into gear early doors and make the area safe, surely that is what we pay for? My train is cancelled but the hour late train to Leeds is here soon, hopefully not too long a wait at Donny as it's bloody freezing there!
