It would be a great honour for the club if this comes off. Hopefully it can happen although we don't want it to cause any disruption to the start of next year's Super League.

to be honest i can't see 40k turning up for that but the prospect of a couple of weeks in Aus sounds good

Given Radders dislike of pre season friendlies you have to ask why. Think it would cause a massive disruption to our start of season.

I was actually told about this a few months back. My old man's mate told him we would be playing Wigan in the first Super League game next year, and to guess where we would be playing. My dad said London, which was a no; Toronto, which was a no....and then was told it would be in Australia. This actually came from Pearson, so it is being seriously discussed, but whether it comes off, I'm not sure.

....I thought they were discussing hull and wigan playing 2 friendlies against aussie sides?

If they end up playing each other as well, as long as it's our away fixture, then that's fine.
