If someone had said we would miss him for those few games he was injured at the start of the season then I wouldn't have believed them. Great defence again today and pops up at the right time again to score. Could be a fantastic centre for us for as long as he is happy here

He really shores up our edge defence. Big shout out to connor too who was excellent on the other side

He's improved massively during his time with us, as you say he wasnt seen as a key player before the season started, but he is now.

Think the backs are sorted now apart from left wing, which is between Griffin, Michaels and Talanoa.

Thought Shaul continued his good form with another very good performance

We've certainly missed him. Can often fly under the radae, not a fist pumper or one who plays to the crowd but he rarely lets us down and looks very comfortable at centre.

Thought he started last year really well at centre, but injuries to him and Pryce meant he didn't get a good run at centre.

I agree, having a settled halfback pairing for the first time in a decade is not only helping the halves themselves and our attacking play, but also helping others as we arent constantly chopping and changing the team around.

Had a good game, Shaul, certainly.
