Hull FC reportedly looking at the Halifax prop for next year.
Not seen a lot of him but there has been a fair few successes over the past few years with SL teams bringing championship forwards in. Alex Walmsley, Kyle Amor, Chris Hill
Thoughts? I personally think we are lacking at prop when you take Watts & Taylor out of the equation.

We are lacking some impact off the bench, we need a Junior Moors type player, I'd prefer that to be in the back row. Like you don't know much about him, have asked in the Halifax forum for opinions.
Would be a non fed player, so would have to lose one of Michaels, Kelly or Talanoa for next season
I think that Talanoa and Michaels will both leave at the end of the year. I wouldn't be surprised if we get Johnstone from Wakefield. Their fans were saying in January that Motu Tony was seen at Belle Vue in January and assumed he would be going to be their new CEO or something. Could quite easily have been meeting about him

Amor went from Leeds to Wakefield and then on to St Helens, he's never played in the championship.

They were Cas fans obsessed with making mischief, rumour has it though that he was down at Wakey sorting out a season long loan for Hadley. As for Johnstone good luck with that one

I think Michaels will go, but expect Talanoa to stay as think Radford really likes him, can't quite decide on Talanoa, offers great go forward, but a few areas lacking to be a top winger.
I'd love Johnstone as I think he will go to the NRL, if he does stay that he will go to the highest bidder which I doubt will be us.

Tangata cleaned up all the awards at Fax last year, but not sure how high the bar was. I'd be happy to bring a prop in personally, depends on what we do with Mini and Ellis. Reckon Mini will go again but less sure about Gaz. Hope we keep Hadley.

Something like that, we tried to do a swap involving Taylor, Houghton, Hadley and Thompson, but Tony insisted that the first three weren't a problem but Thompson could not be part of the deal

Think Michaels will definitely go and do think there is a question mark over Talanoa to be honest.
I really enjoy long walks especially when they are taken by people I don't like!
