He couldn't get in our team in the SR he's got no chance of getting in yours

The club let Lee Smith train and play for us last year despite them knowing full well we couldn't sign him due to us being at full cap...
we also know Motu Tony has form about telling porkies regarding such and was caught out with his statement to the HDM saying we had cap space for him when we didn't, so glad to see he's learnt a lesson about spouting lies for the sake of PR BS

A lying Tony? I guess we all know one of those.

Motu has said we are not interested in signing him.He is only training with the club to help him keep his fitness whilst looking for a new club

We offered Lee Smith a contract, although a low one, we were going to loan out a couple of young kids to make space (I know as I know one of the players Dads, that was going out on loan), he was ready to sign but got a better offer from Leigh.

So only one person speaking BS and it wasn't Motu.

As motu says no chance of him signing for us but rovers really shafted him after their relegation
And he's struggling to get fit for another club so we are helping him out just doing the honourable thing. Bit of a none story as had been said
