Anyone know what Radford's got planned? Binning off the overseas camp actually seemed to pay dividends last year as we hit the ground running, but most teams do seem to favour one. Overseas camp is meaningless, you can have just the same cameraderie and intensity here in the UK.
Stating warmer weather by some makes no sense, first few games of the season are bloody cold/snow.
Should get in contact with the British Army RL team and get them down to have some time with the marines/paras, that'll have some of them pi ssing in their pants.
Also stuff like yoga and shiatsu are great for maintaining wellbeing, avoiding injuries and diagnosing issues.

Take pre-season at an easier pace and peak later in the season imo has to be the way forward. Last season we did what Hudds have done a few times now (obviously + the CC) but next year we need to calm it down a little and play a longer game season wise
