I would just like to say a big well done to everyone at Hull Fc, Adam, Lee all the players and back room staff for making this a successful season.
Not for 10 years have I enjoyed rugby so much and although we never made the Grand Final this year I am sure we can continue to build.
Beginning of the season I would have taken 3rd place and a challenge cup win at Wembley without doubt so this morning on reflection I am still really happy with my team.
Next year I am sure we will take the experience of this year and make it even better.

A truly wonderful season, huge appreciation and thanks to the players, coaching and conditioning teams, sponsors, supporters and everyone who's made this year so very special.
A cup win, Lance Todd trophy, top 3 finish, 6 dream teamers, 2 MoS nominations, joint winners of RL writers award, Houghton the hit man again - all this would have been dismissed as absolute fantasy in February.
So many playing highlights. The trouncing of Saints in the Cup, Easter Monday win over Warrington and the return fixture too, Shaul embarrassing Tomkins at Wigan, Tackle 52. Derby whitewash.
Seasons like this have been not just rare, but non existent in my 27 years as a fan. 20 odd wins to savour on Hull FC Live over the winter and optimism that hopefully will boost season pass sales for 2017. Thank you Hull FC 2016. It's been an absolute pleasure.
You should be disappointed , never will you have a better chance of making the final and possibly winning it . Wigan were there for the taking with so many men out and your first half performance was Garbage . Accepting a defeat like that is accepting mediocrity . Yes it is an improved season for you but the overall standard this year was at its lowest level ever so its a massive chance missed
Unlucky last night but Radders and his chargers gave it a go Glad you got the monkey off your back this time round and you can be proud of your progression

A very harsh comment I think. We Hull FC fans have had to put up with for many years what Rhinos fans have had a taste of this season. This season has seen a vast improvement for us, and I for one am very proud of the team and all at the club.

If we should be disappointed what should you be. From treble winners to middle-eights (you) or from 8th to 3rd, a challenge cup win and a play-off semi-final (us). I know which I would take.

Well done to all been a breath of fresh air watching us this season after so many indifferent campaigns. Many people proved wrong. We won at Wembley. Team of legends.

I'm gutted, as, I'm sure, are the playing, coaching and management stadd at the club. What a few fans on here think is irrelevant, it's how the club respond. Hopefully we won't be in the middle 8's next year
