Less than a week to go, then. A huge game for both clubs.
Catalans are going to be so difficult to beat. A massive pack and both Myler and Carney fit could spell big trouble for us. However, with the winning run we've been on, and apparently a clean bill of health, that should bring some confidence. The team have talked at times about ratcheting up training intensity for the bigger games (Saints cup game, Warrington away) so I'd expect the same for this week. Big decisions in the halves and specifically what to do with Carlos, but I think we could go:
Shaul Talanoa Fonua Yeaman Michaels Pryce Sneyd Watts Houghton Taylor Minichiello Ellis Manu

I would start pryce but i would also have carlos on the bench incase things wasnt going our way and to bring something different like he did against kr in newcastle

Weather forecast is cloudy.
Looks right to me.

After a couple of iffy (but got the job done) performances, we need as much support as we can get for this one. A massive, loud away following lifted the team today, so we need everyone out in force for what could be a season changing game.

Can't see it being a big crowd, it's on Sky early on a Saturday, there will be a hundred or so from Catalans, if it beaks 8000 it will be a good crowd. Can,unfortunately, see our first loss for a while coming. I do hope I am wrong.

Shaul Talanoa Yeaman Fonua Michaels Carlos Sneyd Taylor Houghton Watts Mini Manu Ellis
Pritchard Bowden Green Pryce
The team picks itself apart from 6 and the 4th sub. Harsh on Washbrook but as solid as he is rotating the back row and Pritchard is the way to go against a massive Catalans pack as we need our best players on the pitch for as long as possible.

I do think we're better the more minutes ellis and mini play and with 2 back rowers on the bench they probably spend too much time off the pitch but I'd play pryce and have thompson on the bench to give us more forward rotation. They're likely to be near full strength and we need to handle taylor and mason and offer them some threat too. I also don;t like shifting half the team around to bring pryce on. We definitely lost something in defence yesterday when he took yeaman off
