Id just like to apologise Lee. I went off on one far too early against Rovers and when I saw e team for Wire I really did fear the worst. Well done. What a week. What a feeling. Keep this up boy . Awesome
half time on friday, i wanted radders to go! going to eat humble pie and give him massive credit
today he out coached tony smith, instead of bleating to the press and everyone who would listen, he got on with it and picked a team today that, in the end out enthused and had more energy than the warrington team that all apart from 2 players i think played friday! so well done radders and next time smith, have a little more faith in your squad and used fresher players! (if you had, i reckon wire would've won)
Knee-jerk reactions always seem to come back to bite you on the ar$£. Always best to let the dust settle, whether that's after a bad loss or a great win.
I said at the beginning of the season Radders had until after Easter to prove to me he's the man capable of taking this side that extra step. 8 games was only fair IMO, and I thought we should have had 6 wins from that, so slightly below where I wanted.
There are still doubts, I'm not convinced by any means, but he's done enough to see the season out IMO. Easter was make or break for him in a lot of ways, and he's come out of it in a decent position. I'd hope Pearson & the board see where we are come R23 before entering into contract extension talks though.
One of the most promising things about Radford is he does learn & adapt. Tactically he got it bang on today.

Massive question is, does he get another contact, I know it is still early, but you need to plan for next year. I would be looking at making a decision early May,but expect Pearson to give him a new deal soon.
Really pleased for Radford. I may be on the few people who didn't call for his head, I felt we had the recovery in us. I must admit the first 60 minutes of this weekends rugby had me in doubts of my opinion, but glad he is proving the usual boo boys (a huge problem at our club in terms of morale) wrong.
