It has being reported by the club thay some fans were ejected from the stadium on Thursday due to being caught with incorrect tickets. Basically people either buying a junior/concession ticket when not entitled to. I've no doubt this has gone on for years as you can never check everyone unless you had turnstiles specifically set for kids/concessions and someone to check as they come through. Fans defrauding the club, disgraceful.

What Jake said apart from I was gonna use a much more controversial word to describe these people. I don't really know what else to say except us true fans are quite happy to spend our money on this club because we love it. I think I speak from everyone of us when I say that our lives are basically dictated by hull fc and we don't need these scumbags who don't even care enough to just pay a few extra pounds to see a great team play the best sport. I will point out that every year I probably spend about £320-£330 on this club with the season ticket, a shirt and some other merchandise every year and I am happy to part with every single penny of it for this team! If you aren't happy to pay the full amount to get in then stop complaining and F-off!! This has genuinely made me angry...

I think people need to get down of there high horses on this one it's hardly crime of the century, alright it's not right what they are doing but come on we all know what people are like, everyone likes to get something for cheaper if they can and the current ticketing system that the smc have introduced lends itself to this sort of behaviour. This sort of stuff would be less likely to happen with a manned turnstile instead of a machine.
Back in 2000/01 when I was 19/20 I was quite youthful looking to the point where I almost always got asked for ID in pubs and almost all the home games I went to when I was home from sea I just used to stroll up to the boulevard turnstiles and pay as a under 18, which I think was a fiver back then. And from what stories I've heard from my dad and grandad people used to sneak into the boulevard under fences in the old days, so let's not hang these people just yet shall we.
Are you for real? Crime of the century no, but defrauding your way into watching OUR club at the honest fans and clubs expense is utterly inexcusable. I guess you think it is okay to swap price labels on goods in the club shop right or a bit of petty shoplifting whilst in there too? If not why do you consider fraud ok? Hope the club makes more stringent checks and puts certain turnstiles for concession tickets only that way it'll be easier to catch the scum.

At least they're sticking around unlike your 4000 freebies. 11,000 to 7,200 and 6,500 in the space of a fortnight doesn't give you any right to still be going on about an offer for our season members. See ya.

Its no surprise though, it was obvious people would try it on with the current system, its as annoying as the the stupid women stood around in the supermarket checking people on the self service till!!!! Get on a till love and just serve people, waste of time. Get people back in the turnstiles taking cash and tickets, simple. the amount of money the club loses on fraud tickets would pay the turnstile staff

I had to stop reading some of the responses to twitter and facebook, it was really embarrassing and shows what some people in society are like these days, trying to justify what in reality is a crime.
I do agree that SMT should put people back on turnstiles as it would stop this from happening and increase walk in supporters, you would think that would be enough to justify paying a few people to sit down and check tickets (I'm sure they would be fans who would do it for free, if it meant they could watch the games for free).
