Following a survey sent out in the last few weeks about Thurs night games, it didn't include any kind of negative options against Thurs night games.

As such, I thought I'd set up a survey of my own to get true feelings about this, the new structure and Sky TV. Please would you all be able to fill this in, all fans of clubs from any division welcome, completely anonymous.
