LLIS AND MINICHIELLO IN SQUAD FOR DERBY DECIDER
Gareth Ellis and Mark Minichiello have both been named in Lee Radford’s 19-man squad to face Hull Kingston Rovers on Friday night.
Hull FC take on cross-city rivals Rovers at the KC Lightstream Stadium in two days’ time, kick-off 8pm, and will be bolstered by the inclusion of the back-row duo.
Captain Ellis and Australian second-rower Minichiello have been two of the Black and Whites’ stand-out performers in 2015.
Ellis missed last week’s win over Castleford Tigers with a back injury whilst Minichiello has been side-lined for two weeks with a calf injury.
Brad Fash has kept his place in the squad after making his Super League debut in Sunday’s win over Castleford, whilst Jamie Shaul and Curtis Naughton make way.

Whats the difference? He will still play the same minutes, I have done in for two reasons, he seems to be better 2nd spell and we need to split up the two front line props as we have seen that when Watts and Paea (Ellis in this case) go off we struggle.

Because like you say we struggle when he goes of, we need start the game well, which means watts starts for me and get as many minutes as possible out of him
