This will finish me off. I have given that little extra when renewing season tickets (as have others) to help the new generation and have "faith in the future". Well my faith is wearing thin at the minute and this could be the straw that breaks this camels back.
Well there's a man I know. At least I used to years ago.
Absolutely diabolical if this goes ahead. Thin end of the wedge ? Why is that you can always rely on RL to come up with the opposite of progressive systems / bodies such as the scrapping of 'A' teams for which the sport is now suffering badly from ? Nearly 60 years of support for Hull and the game and this is just another thing pushing me closer and closer to chucking the towel in !!

Hull as a city has a lot of talented young kids playing rugby league, and too many are missed by both teams. If merging something at the early junior level to bring more kids into training camps etc. means more talent is nurtured then so be it. First team or u19s merger would be diabolical though.
